Where do we ship?

Currently we are only shipping inside the US.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship out in 5 business days (M-F) or less via USPS and a tracking order will be sent to your email you have provided with your order.

My package is late/ lost! What do I do?

Once your package ships from our store it is out of our hands for delivery times or delays. The best to get answers about your package is to contact USPS directly with the tracking order that has been provided.

 

Return Policy:

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, hygienic liner attached with all tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse returns based on these terms. All final sale items are not eligible for returns, refund, or store credit. Original shipping cost is nonrefundable. All returns will not be eligible unless you have emailed hello@barehoneyco.com to request a return first.  The request email and postmark date must be within two weeks of item delivery.

How long do I have to change my mind?

-Online Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. 

-All In-Store Purchases are final sale.

Buying as a gift? Gift cards are strongly recommended.
-If you ship back an item ineligible for return/exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to you.

All returned products must be sent by mail. In-Store purchases are always final sale, no exceptions. 

When can I expect my refund?

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of Bare Honey Co. of receiving your return. If any part of your purchase is paid for with a gift card, that portion of your return will be refunded to your Bare Honey Co. account as store credit.

Need a different size?

You can exchange any eligible item for a new size within 14 days of delivery if Bare Honey Co has it in stock. If the new size needed is not in stock we will email you immediately and offer a refund if it’s within the 14 day window. 

Exchange Processing: You will receive an email notification once your order has been received, inspected, and processed typically within 30 business days. At that time, any exchanged items will be processed and the new size(s) will be sent out. Exchanged items will be sent with free ground shipping.
